TRANSFER
There´ll be round trip shuttles from Lisbon Airport and Lisbon Train Station to Dolce CampoReal. The time table and departing points of the shutthes will be send to you by email.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: In case you want to use our shuttle´s services, It's mandatory to book your seat through this registration form. Seating is limited and priority will be given to the ones who had reserved seats.
TRAVEL ALLOWANCE AND ACCOMMODATION
Your VIP invitation includes the accommodation, meals and your trip to the event up to a value of 140€ for domestic travels and 180€ for international travels. Our travel agency will contact you for the details of your jorney, but if you prefer to travel by your own, we recommend you to check the refund conditions.
The week before the event, you will receive all your travel details by email. There´ll be round trip shuttles from Lisbon Train Station and Lisbon Airport.

IMPORTANTE: Se hai bisogno del transfer da Milano all'evento, E' INDISPENSABILE prenotare il posto sulle navette in questo modulo di iscrizione. I posti sulle navette sono soggetti a disponibilitá limitata, sará data priorità alle persone che hanno effettuato la prenotazione con antecedenza.
IMPORTANTE: eventuali cambi possono essere effettuati nella sezione “IL TUO VIAGGIO E SOGGIORNO” fino massimo 2 giorni precedenti all’evento. Passata tale scadenza, non potranno essere effettuate modifiche.

If you are participating as a Merchant, please select the solutions you would like to learn about during Digital 1to1.

This information is essential to organize one-to-one meetings with companies that match your interests and services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
When you fulfil the registration form, you declare that the data provided therein is valid and that you have a job in the company you represent and that said company is aware of the event and has approved the participation and the conditions set forth in this Cancellation Policy.
If for any unforeseen reason you are unable to attend the event, please notify us by writing no later than 15 calendar days before the event. Failure to notify us before this deadline will result in a 1850€ cancellation charge to cover the full service cost.
If cancellation is notified before the deadline, accommodation and travel costs will only need to be paid if the organization has already made the corresponding reservations.
If in any case a participant is substituted with another representative of the company that fulfills the requirements, you will not have to pay any amount.
